What payment options do you accept? 

We accept Visa,  Master Card at checkout or if you prefer to pay via EFT we can email you an invoice

Where is Sail Exchange based?

Our Warehouse is in Brookvale NSW 2100 Sydney Australia.

We are only open to the public for "Local Pick Up" orders which can be selected on the check out page

For viewing of sails and equipment please CONTACT US to arrange to an appointment as we can not accommodate drop ins

Shipping

What are your freight and handling charges?

Shipping within Australia is a $15.00 flat rate, with over sized items incurring an additional surcharge. Sails and used boat equipment require a freight quote CLICK HERE for a quote

Do you ship Internationally? 

Yes! You will be contacted via email for these additional charges. All freight rates of used sails are calculated on a per piece bases. We always supply the best rates possible from Shippit logistics team

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Within Australia: general shipping time is 3-5 working days

Outside Australia: shipping time varies, and can be quoted

If you require urgent overnight delivery within Australia, please CONTACT US and we will discuss options

How can I track my order?

An email will be sent via Shippit with details on courier company and ETA

Returns

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We will offer a refund, exchange or repair where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different from the picture shown to you. The following conditions apply

  • You must return the item within 14 days of purchase
  • Tax invoice must be returned with the item
  • The item must be unused & in its original packaging
  • Shipping cost of return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer unless it is a result of our error (you received and incorrect or defective item)

Used Sails Returns Policy

  • All used sails are sold with no warranty
  • All used sails are priced & sold as is
  • Purchase in full with a Credit Card and you have 14 days to return with a 100% money back guarantee (as long as sail is not damaged)
  • Purchasers are to email The Sail Exchange within 7 days of receiving their sail if it does not match the sails details, description or photos
  • The purchaser will pay for the freight both ways
  • Used sail purchasers can be offered a full refund. Alternatively if desired, in store credit for hardware & clothing will be offered to the full value of the original sails purchase price

What is your returns procedure?

Firstly,  please CONTACT US to notify us that you will be returning or exchange an item noting the issue. In order to process your return, we will need to forward you a Return Authorisation Number - RAN (this number is to be noted on the return packaging). We will also provide you with the correct address in which to ship your return

How soon will my refund/exchange be processed?

Your refund/exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days from receipt of returned goods
