Inputs including mast bend for luff curve, leech and roach profiles for cruising and racing sails and to accommodate square tops, large-roached mainsails for multihulls, reefing points and attachments for slide hardware are all specified in our measuring guide and online Sail Finder tool.

Custom mainsail features

Tack

Tack offsets and setbacks are individually measured and fabricated as per our measurement guide’s data input.

Clew

Clew finishing is custom. Leech and footline cords being supplied with clam cleats in protected covers.

Head

Mainsails are supplied with custom fitted headboards, not just a press-in ring. All headboards are fitted with high-load metal slides as standards.

Slides & battens

Slides are customer-selected online – samples can be supplied by post for test fitting in your spars. Specify your batten pockets – reuse your exisiting battens or order new battens for new build and in-stock mainsails.
