New Sails Return Policy

  • All new sails are sold with 12 months of manufacturers warranty
  • We offer a 30 day return policy from receiving the goods with a 100% money back guarantee (as long as sail is not damaged)
  • The purchaser is responsible for freight and insurance when returning the goods

 

Used Sails Return Policy

  • All used sails are sold with no warranty
  • We offer a 30 day return policy from receiving the goods with a 100% money back guarantee (as long as sail is not damaged)
  • The purchaser is responsible for freight and insurance when returning the goods

 

New Hardware Return Policy

We will offer a refund, exchange or repair where goods are faulty, unsuitable, have been wrongly described or are different from the picture shown to you. The following conditions apply

  • You must return the item within 14 days of purchase
  • Tax invoice must be returned with the item
  • The item must be unused & in its original packaging
  • Shipping cost of return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer unless it is a result of our error (you received and incorrect or defective item)

What is your returns procedure?

Firstly, please CONTACT US to notify us that you will be returning or exchange an item noting the issue. In order to process your return, we will need to forward you a Return Authorisation Number - RAN (this number is to be noted on the return packaging). We will also provide you with the correct address in which to ship your return



How soon will my refund be processed?

Your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days from the receipt of the returned goods
